Delivery Policy

At RIVI Footwear, we take pride in ensuring every pair reaches you safely and on time. Each order is carefully handled, packaged, and delivered through trusted logistics partners.

Delivery Coverage:

We currently deliver nationwide across Nigeria. International shipping is available on request.

Processing Time:

All orders are fulfilled within two weeks (14 days) of order placement. This timeframe includes both production and delivery periods to ensure quality craftsmanship and timely dispatch.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery fees vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout. Orders above a specified value may qualify for free delivery — this will be communicated during promotions or checkout.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link or confirmation message. Please inspect your item upon delivery before signing or acknowledging receipt.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their RIVI experience. However, if there’s an issue, our return policy is designed to be fair to both you and our craft.

Eligibility for Returns:

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unworn,
  • It remains in its original packaging (box, tags, inserts), and
  • There’s a manufacturing defect or wrong size/order delivered.

Custom or bespoke shoes (personalized designs, name engravings, rare sizes) are not eligible for return, except in the case of a verified defect.

How to Request a Return:

Contact us via email, WhatsApp, or our Contact Page with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps — either an exchange, repair, or refund approval.

Refunds:

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after inspection. Refunds may be issued as:

  • Store credit (preferred and fastest option), or
  • Direct refund (to the original payment method).

Exchanges:

Exchanges for size or color are possible, subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while RIVI covers the replacement delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or bespoke orders
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or alteration

Product Warranty

All RIVI footwear products come with a six-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or material faults that occur under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external wear (such as water damage or exposure to harsh conditions)
  • Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons
  • Normal wear and tear

If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, please contact us with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear images of the affected area
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your claim and provide a repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.
